Job Summary:
HR MGMT 10, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Assistant Manager to support the Warehouse Manager in overseeing daily warehouse operations. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient inventory management, coordinating shipments, supervising warehouse staff, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in warehouse operations and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Warehouse Manager in overseeing daily warehouse functions, including receiving, storing, and distributing inventory.

Supervise, train, and support warehouse staff to ensure productivity and compliance with company policies.

Monitor inventory levels, conduct audits, and manage stock control processes to prevent shortages or overstocking.

Coordinate shipping and receiving operations, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.

Maintain compliance with OSHA standards and enforce workplace safety protocols.

Assist in scheduling, workflow optimization, and performance evaluations for warehouse employees.

Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, when necessary.

Address operational issues and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Ensure the warehouse remains clean, organized, and well-maintained.

Prepare reports on warehouse performance, inventory discrepancies, and staffing needs.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in logistics, business, or related field preferred).

2 years of experience in warehouse operations, with supervisory experience preferred.

Familiarity with inventory management systems and warehouse procedures.
