This role involves managing front desk operations, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the nail technicians to ensure a pleasant and efficient experience for all clients.
Key Responsibilities :
- Customer Service : Greet clients warmly upon arrival and provide information about services and pricing.
- Appointment Management : Schedule and confirm appointments via phone, email, and in-person; manage the appointment book efficiently.
- Payment Processing : Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately; maintain a record of sales and payments.
- Client Communication : Respond to client inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Salon Operations : Maintain a clean and organized reception area; assist in keeping salon supplies stocked and organized.
- Promotions and Services : Inform clients about current promotions, services, and products offered at the salon.
