In this role, you will work under the expert supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement personalized treatment plans for clients with behavioral health needs. Responsibilities
Implement behavior intervention plans created by the supervising BCBA.
Accurately collect and record data regarding client progress and behaviors during sessions.
Provide one-on-one support to clients in diverse settings such as homes, schools, and community environments.
Assist clients in developing essential daily living skills and social interactions.
Maintain precise medical documentation and progress notes as required.
Collaborate with team members, including therapists and family members, to ensure a unified approach to client care.
Engage in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills in applied behavior analysis.
Experience
The ideal candidate will have knowledge or experience in the following areas :
1 year of experience working with children or those with autism.
Understanding of behavioral health practices and interventions.
Familiarity with gender issues counseling techniques.
Knowledge of medical documentation standards.
Understanding of psychotherapy practices.
Awareness of individual and group counseling dynamics.
Interest in clinical research related to behavioral health.
Familiarity with applied behavior analysis techniques and principles.
