Position Summary:
As an Outside Sales Representative, you’ll work from home while traveling to local and regional prospective clients. Your mission: build strong relationships, identify customer needs, and close new business. You'll play a key role in helping businesses streamline their shipping while achieving your own financial success.
What You’ll Do:
- Prospect, qualify, and close new FTL and LTL business accounts
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective and existing clients
- Develop customized shipping solutions based on customer needs
- Manage and grow a pipeline of opportunities using a CRM
- Collaborate with our operations team to ensure customer satisfaction
- Represent the company at local industry events and networking functions
