Superior Fence & Rail is an industry leader seeking full-time Construction Administrator for immediate hire. Typical work week is Monday to Friday from 8am to 5:00pm. Full benefits including health insurance and 401k are offered. Pay starts from $60,000, depending on experience. Please note that all offers of employment are contingent upon successfully passing drug testing and background check.
The Construction Administrator is responsible for assisting Project Managers and/or Superintendents in coordinating the activities of a commercial fence project to ensure cost, schedule, document control and quality standards are met. Under the direction of the PM and the Director of Operations, the Construction Assistant is expected to take on any/all tasks in the quest to learn all he/she can about construction. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of construction experience and familiar with ProCore.

The Superior Candidate Will
- Have experience in ProCore
- Be organized and detail-oriented with a stable job history
- Great at problem solving and coming up with solutions to problems that might arise in the field
- Have fencing, framing, roofing, or carpentry experience
- Have a positive attitude with excellent customer service skills
- Minimum requirements to apply:1-3 years of construction administration experience REQUIRED
- Possess Valid FL Drivers License and have reliable transportation
- Must have a Clean driving record and pass both a criminal background check and drug screening
- Must be able to: Read job orders, Work Unsupervised, Follow Written/Verbal Instructions, Follow Worker’s Comp. Procedures for Onsite Injuries, Obey and Enforce all Safety, Administrative, DOT, and Installation Policies and Procedures.
