Responsibilities :
Assist in project development
Assist in the development and maintenance of project schedules
Organize permit documentation and submittals with local building departments
Create and release purchase orders for approved estimates
Request and review estimates from subcontractors
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Track accepted purchase orders for projects
Maintain subcontractor agreements and insurance records
Assist in processing change order requests in coordination with project managers
AP / AR and 1099 Reports
