Core Responsibilities:
- This position will require an independent initiative-taker with the ability to multi-task and a person with exceptional organizational skills.
- Account based management with direct peer collaboration on projects and strategies.
- Works the Exception queue in NAAS.
- Emailing/Calling National Account customers daily/weekly regarding outstanding invoices.
- Reconcile and consolidate reporting received from regional leaders to facilitate the creation of customer invoices.
- Maintain contact with Regional Franchise Developers and National Account Customers.
- Field phone calls and questions to resolve inaccurate data or missing information.
- Partner with customers to communicate effectively and address any questions/concerns that arise throughout the month.
- Operate within payment portals to ensure invoices are submitted and received by the customer promptly.
- Attending and leading customer meetings to resolve issues and determine billing process for national account customers.
- Provide National Accounts Billing Supervisor with relevant information for addressing customer invoicing inquiries that arise from the Sales and/or Operations teams.
- Ensure all billing activity has clear and reliable data.
- Frequent contact with Regional Director and Certified Business Owners.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic Accounting Software.
