Responsibilities
- Review and prepare accurate and timely project invoices based on contract terms and project milestones.
- Ensure proper documentation of project billing activities and maintain billing records.
- Coordinate with project managers and project teams to resolve any billing discrepancies or issues.
- Track and monitor accounts receivable for assigned projects, chasing outstanding payments.
- Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to resolve any billing or payment-related inquiries.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project billing schedules and records
- Assist in financial reporting analysis related to project billing and accounts receivable
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project billing or accounts receivable
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Experience in the engineering or construction industry is a plus
