Job Overview :
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As the Office Administrator, you will be an integral member of the operation team, supporting our team and keeping everything running smoothly. From handling day-to-day office functions to registering customer warranties, you'll play a key role in ensuring both our internal team and customers have everything they need to succeed. The ideal candidate will have excellent multitasking skills and a strong background in office management.
Key Responsibilities :
- Office Operations : Oversee daily office tasks, including filing and handling incoming calls and emails. Provide accurate reports and metrics to the General Manager.
- Warranty registration : Register customer warranties ensuring all necessary documents are submitted on time for customer satisfaction.
- Inbound Call Management : Answer and manage incoming lead calls, providing professional and courteous customer service.
- Customer Relations : Handle customer inquiries and any concerns, ensuring an exceptional customer experience from start to finish. Assist customers with financing options.
- Accounts Management : Handle accounts payable and receivable tasks, ensuring timely and accurate processing. Handle lien releases.
- Office Management : Keep the office organized, maintain office supplies, manage equipment, and implement office policies and procedures.
