- Educate members, caregivers, and families about the Arkansas Medicaid Community Employment Support (CES) Waiver program, including benefits, application processes, and eligibility criteria.
- Serve as a trusted resource for all CES Waiver-related inquiries, ensuring members fully understand the support available through the program and how to access it.

Review Membership for Qualifying Diagnoses:
- Conduct regular reviews of the membership database to identify members who may qualify for the CES Waiver based on their medical diagnosis and developmental needs.
