Duties and Responsibilities:
- Leads efforts to optimize manufacturing processes, enhance efficiency, reduce waste, improve quality, and support technology transfer, process validation, and scale-up activities.
- Provides technical support for clinical and commercial manufacturing, including batch execution, deviation management, and compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory standards.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams such as Research and Development, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, and Supply Chain to align manufacturing strategies with organizational goals.
- Drives continuous improvement through innovation, risk assessments, process development, and the implementation of emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Provides leadership to the manufacturing team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and growth, while managing performance evaluations, team development, and project timelines from ideation to completion.

- Strong leadership and management skills, with proven experience leading cross-functional teams and effectively driving collaboration in complex environments.
- Extensive knowledge of GMP, Food and Drug Administration and European Union regulations, tech transfer, risk assessments, quality systems, and engineering fundamentals.
