Position Summary

The Vice President of Field Marketing plays a pivotal role in shaping Empower’s presence and impact in key markets, bridging national strategies with localized initiatives to drive meaningful customer engagement and business growth. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Shapes and leads a transformative field marketing strategy that seamlessly integrates national initiatives with localized campaigns, driving brand excellence and customer engagement in high-impact markets.
  • Inspires and empowers regional field marketing teams to execute dynamic, customer-focused programs that reflect the organization’s values of innovation, quality, and service while delivering measurable results.
  • Collaborates with sales, product, and executive teams to craft targeted marketing initiatives, ensuring strategic alignment with market demands, optimizing lead generation, and accelerating business growth.
  • Harnesses the power of advanced data analytics and market intelligence to evaluate field marketing performance, identifying opportunities for innovation and implementing strategies that maximize effectiveness and return on investment.
  • Acts as a visionary partner to executive leadership, delivering actionable insights on emerging market trends and competitive dynamics to shape forward-thinking strategies that expand the organization’s influence and impact in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors.

While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is required to talk and hear.   • Experience and Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in field marketing, regional marketing leadership, or a similar role, with a proven track record of managing high-performing teams and executing impactful localized campaigns that drive business growth required.
  • Requires a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field; Master’s degree in business administration or marketing is preferred, though equivalent professional experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
  • Preferred certifications for this role include Certified Digital Marketing Professional (CDMP); Professional Certified Marketer (PCM); Google Analytics Individual Qualification (GAIQ); HubSpot Content Marketing Certification; Certified Marketing Executive (CME); Project Management Professional (PMP).
