Skills and Knowledge:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Operations and leadership skills to develop team members for future opportunities
- Excellent organizational and maximizing skills
- Advanced computer skills to include MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Very proficient teaching EMR software systems
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Graduate of a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapy Program
- Current state Physical Therapist license
- Three to five years of clinical experience, with a passion for healthcare leadership and small business development
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
- Bilingual Spanish speaking is a plus, but not required
- Requires manual dexterity and general strength and endurance
- Routine lifting (5-35 lbs), carrying (5-10 lbs), pushing (5-150 lbs), and sustained gripping (40-50 lbs)
- Guarding lift loads of 120-140 lbs
