Empower PT is seeking a part-time Technician for our Wasilla clinic. This position works closely with both the administrative and clinical teams. We are an outpatient orthopedic based clinic with a broad scope of specialties. Our dynamic teams are driven for the highest level of patient care within an energetic and attentive atmosphere.

Responsibilities:
- Greeting and welcoming patients to the clinic, ensuring they feel comfortable and supported throughout their visit.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the clinic environment to uphold our standards of hygiene and professionalism.
- Assisting therapists with exercises and setting up equipment for treatments, ensuring smooth and efficient patient care.
- Efficiently scribing and assisting the DPT in documenting treatment procedures and patient progress.
- Following up with patients to schedule future visits, demonstrating dedication to their prescribed plan of care.
- Performing administrative tasks such as faxing, scanning, and laundry duties.
- Hybrid role includes cross-training as a Front Office Coordinator to cover reception duties, answer phones, and schedule appointments, ensuring seamless coordination of clinic activities.
- Drawing up and faxing out clinical updates and Plan of Care
- Maintaining a professional image and enthusiastic attitude
- Ensures the patient schedules based on the recommended plan of care POC
- As a Support Team Member, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional care and service to our patients. Working closely with the physical therapist, you will assist patients with exercises and contribute to creating a positive and welcoming environment for everyone who walks through our doors.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 1:00PM
Hours:
25 hours a week, up to 29 as needed based on therapist schedules.
