Role: ServiceNow ITAM Technical Role
Location: Bentonville, AR (Hybrid)
Duration: 12 Months
Must have:
- Min 8 exp requirement
- IT Asset Management, subject matter expert
- HAM Pro functionality,
- Common Service Data Model (CSDM)
Requirements:
- ITAM Technical 6 to 10 Year IT Asset Management, subject matter expert
- HAM Pro functionality,
- Common Service Data Model (CSDM)
- Develop and maintain an IT asset management process that covers all hardware, and cloud resources within GCP and Azure, and on-prem cloud environments.
- Provide training and support to IT and business stakeholders on the ITAM process and technology.
- Familiar with ServiceNow Configuration Item and Asset relationships and dependencies
- Familiar with ServiceNow Model Management strategies
- Experience leveraging HAM Pro functionalities in an enterprise environment across business units / segments / markets
- Understanding of the end-to-end asset lifecycle, the inter-dependencies between lifecycles and best practices for each lifecycle state.
- Knowledgeable of Common Services Data Model (CSDM)
- Act as ITAM subject matter expert for organization. Identify and consult SMEs/advisors within the organization to mitigate compliance risk.
- Demonstrate experience in eliciting customer requirements
- Demonstrate experience in task decomposition.
- Ability to manage multiple competing stakeholders to gain alignment.
- Strong communication skills vertically and horizontally
- Comfortable in working in a strong-matrix environment.
- Demonstrated ability to interact and manage 3rd party vendors
- Understanding of standard asset discovery tools capabilities
- Experience in working with internal / external auditors to resolve findings around Asset Management
- Foundational PM Skills in a technology environment
