Role: Data Engineer Locations: Lake Mary, FL (Hybrid Onsite) Duration: 12 Months Contract

Required Skills/ Experience:
Bachelor s degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required
5-7 years of experience as Data Engineer
Should be well versed/comfortable with the following technology stack, tools and processes:
OracleSQL, PL-SQL, ETL Tools
GIT
Continuous integration
Gitlab
Experience in database development such as Oracle SQL, PL-SQL and hands-on knowledge on ETL tool like alteryx/ pentaho preferred.
Dataware house like Snowflake or similar knowledge would be added advantage.
Perform data loading, cleansing, transformation using ETL tools.
Creating program views, indexes, functions, stored procedures, packages, triggers, analytical functions and complex queries.
Writing optimized SQL queries for integration with other applications.
Designing database tables and dictionaries.
Developing ddl, dml scripts, procedures and triggers for application development.
Maintaining data quality checks and performance tuning
Experience in batch set up, unix, scheduling tools
Has knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle.
Teamwork, communication and organization skills and possess analytical thinking skills.
Fair understanding of agile methodology, jira, confluence, git pipelines
