Under general direction, develops complex financial models, and prepares forecasts and budgets for one or more business areas, serving as the key FP&A contact for one sales distribution channel. The Sr Analyst Financial Empower is also responsible for compiling the monthly EPW FP&A reporting package and project managing the end-to-end process.
What you will do :
- Create, maintain and evolve driver-based financial models and detailed forecasts to support decision making and short / long-term planning
- Prepares monthly reports, analytics, forecasts and budgets for one or more business areas.
- Provides project management to the monthly reporting and budget processes, ensuring adherence to timelines.
- Serves as the key FP&A contact and provides ad-hoc analyses for one sales distribution channel while partnering with relevant stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Product, etc.).
- Compiles standard reports to communicate variances and other findings to senior leadership and management.
- Analyzes trends in revenue, expenses, finance, general business conditions and other related areas.
- Coordinates, conducts and documents complex financial analysis and other related projects.
- Works with business to understand data and analysis needs to develop and analyze appropriate KPIs.
- Improves current reports, processes, and methodologies for budgeting, forecasting, analysis, and financial reporting.
- Other duties as assigned.

Base Salary Range
81,700.00 - $115,450.00
The salary range above shows the typical minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and / or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
