As the VP Generative AI Platform, you will be accountable for developing, maintaining, and enhancing the firm's foundational platform supporting all Generative AI initiatives. This role drives platform strategy, technology stack selection, and the development of reusable capabilities and centralized controls. By partnering with value streams across the organization, you'll ensure that the Gen AI platform is scalable, secure, and user-friendly. The role also encompasses the creation and ongoing optimization of a Responsible AI (RAI) objective testing utility and control plane to govern the safe deployment of AI solutions. This position oversees significant stakeholder management, promoting best practices and enterprise-wide alignment on AI initiatives.
What you will do :
- Platform Strategy & Architecture
Define the strategic roadmap for the enterprise's Gen AI platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives
Oversee the design, build, and maintenance of core Gen AI services and capabilities (RAI testing utility, control plane, etc.)
Establish standards and best practices for AI model development, deployment, and operations at scale
Partner with value streams and other business stakeholders to tailor platform features and capabilities to their needs
Lead and develop a diverse team of 20-30 AI engineers, data scientists, architects, and product managers

Base Salary Range
163,700.00 - $237,350.00
The salary range above shows the typical minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and / or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
