Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients
Engage customers in investment recommendation conversations and deliver an efficient and responsive client experience
Demonstrate knowledge of brokerage transaction and regulatory requirements, including corporate actions, exchange rules, suitability, and tax implications
Uncover leads and opportunities to hand off to the Retirement Advisor Team and drive new business opportunities
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree
2 years of financial customer service experience in a call center environment
Strong customer service background with a firm understanding of diverse operational and investment needs
Knowledge of current financial markets and retirement account operations
