Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients

  • Engage customers in investment recommendation conversations and deliver an efficient and responsive client experience

  • Demonstrate knowledge of brokerage transaction and regulatory requirements, including corporate actions, exchange rules, suitability, and tax implications

  • Uncover leads and opportunities to hand off to the Retirement Advisor Team and drive new business opportunities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 2 years of financial customer service experience in a call center environment

  • Strong customer service background with a firm understanding of diverse operational and investment needs

  • Knowledge of current financial markets and retirement account operations
