Job Overview

Empower is seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our customer base within a designated territory. You will leverage your skills in territory management and business development to drive sales growth, analyze market trends, and deliver compelling product demonstrations to potential clients. Your ability to build relationships and effectively communicate the value of our technology solutions will be key to your success.

Duties

  • Manage and develop relationships with clients within your assigned territory.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends.
  • Execute outside sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Perform product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our technology solutions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with market initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software.
  • Provide feedback on customer needs and preferences to help shape product offerings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $5,500.00 - $40,000.00 per month
