As a Sr. UX Designer, you will lead the user experience strategy for our company’s website, with a strong focus on driving conversion and enhancing the digital journey for our wealth management clients. This role will involve designing seamless, data-driven user experiences that optimize engagement, build trust, and lead to measurable client acquisition and retention. You will collaborate with the product, marketing, and development teams to create user-centered designs that align with our brand’s commitment to exceptional service and financial success for our clients.
What you will do :
- Lead User-Centered Design Process : Develop and drive a user-centered design process to create intuitive, conversion-optimized user experiences for our website.
- Data-Driven User Research and Analysis : Collaborate with UX researchers and analyze site performance metrics to understand user behavior, pain points, and opportunities for improvement. Use quantitative and qualitative data to guide design decisions.
- Design Wireframes and Prototypes : Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas, focusing on conversion paths.
- Optimize for Conversion : Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to design user journeys and touchpoints that drive conversions, from landing pages to product pages and CTAs.
- Iterative Testing and Feedback : Conduct A / B testing, usability testing, and gather user feedback to continuously refine the user experience, ensuring designs are optimized for engagement and conversion.
- Establish and Maintain UX Best Practices : Set up UX design guidelines and best practices for consistent, accessible, and high-quality user experiences across the site.
- Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams : Work closely with developers, product managers, and marketing to bring concepts to life, ensuring the feasibility and integrity of UX designs throughout development.

What we offer you :
Base Salary Range : $111,800.00 - $162,125.00
The salary range above shows the typical minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and / or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
