Support all aspects of personnel administration including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, performance appraisals, benefits administration, employee development and progressive discipline in a region.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Assisting with staff recruitment, pre-hire screening, new hire orientation.
2. Assist with on-the-job training for new hires.
3. Assist with the preparation and completion of Annual Training Plan Policy and Procedure.
4. Maintain calendar for required staff certifications, trainings and periodic employee related checks per DODD regulations.
5. Maintain personnel files and other human resource information systems in accordance with company policy and DODD compliance regulations.
6. Assist with the preparation and completion of annual Employee Performance Evaluations.
7. Assist with Employee meetings and documentation related to Employee Performance and Progressive Discipline.
8. Assist with annual and open enrollment for employee benefits.
9. Responsible for managing customer and staff surveys throughout the year.
10. Provide clear communication and metrics to the operations team and quality improvement team regarding personnel levels and concerns.
11. Perform any other duties related to Empowered Services as assigned by the Regional Director
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
1. Must be 21 years of age
2. High school diploma or GED
3. College Degree in field of Human Resources or similar field. Experience may be substituted for formal education.
4. Have acceptable driving record as deemed by commercial insurance provider
5. Criminal Background Check
6. Pass Drug Screen
7. Ability to adapt to changing circumstances, critical thinking skills and creativity.
