Empowered Global exists to serve our clients for a peace of mind experience by empowering our team to become leaders. We are a family-owned electrical contractor specializing in generators, residential service work, and remodels, as well as light commercial service work in Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero, and the surrounding areas for over 10 years.
Currently, we have an immediate need for an Experienced Lead Generator Installer/Technician who is responsible for the installation, service, and maintenance of generators. Provide clients with professionalism and attention to detail for a positive experience. Complete quality control checkups, meet with contractors and clients to assess needs, provide estimates, and coordinate job completion. Help with permitting needs and meet with county inspectors. Assist and train apprentice technicians with job and safety standards.

Work Hours: 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, some overtime as required
Compensation: $26.00 - $35.00 per hour, depending on experience
Required Qualifications:
- 5 years of generator installation and service experience
- Must have own tools
- Be able to stand, kneel, crouch, work in the attic, and climb a ladder
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
Preferred Qualifications:
- Completion of trade school
- Kohler generator certification
Work Exposer:
- High risk of electrical shock
- Extreme weather conditions
- Excessive precarious conditions
Salary : $26 - $35
