Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling to track cash flow, capital, and project performance.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and develop predictive models to assess acquisition opportunities.
- Work on asset management projects to provide data-driven insights and aid in strategic decisions.
- Confidently present findings and analyses to Executives, Partners, and Investors.
What They Are Looking For:
- A bachelor’s degree in finance, real estate, or a related field is preferred.
- 1-5 years in Real Estate Finance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (modeling, waterfall analysis) and real estate software, including Argus Enterprise and RealPage Asset Monitoring.
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects with efficiency and attention to detail.
- Strong customer service orientation, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a positive, energetic demeanor.
