Empowered Staffing is partnered with a rapidly growing Drug Rehab & Detox company that is searching for a Business Development & Marketing professional to lead strategic outreach and cultivate strong referral partnerships across Indiana.
As a member of the leadership team, you’ll play a key role in driving census, increasing brand visibility, and increasing community engagement for the facility’s full continuum of care—detox, residential treatment, PHP, and IOP services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement strategic marketing and outreach initiatives to increase admissions and strengthen referral pipelines
- Build and nurture relationships with key referral partners, including hospitals, clinicians, case managers, courts, and community organizations
- Represent Strive Recovery at industry events, conferences, and community forums
- Monitor market trends, referral data, and competitive activity to uncover new growth opportunities
- Work closely with admissions and clinical teams to ensure a smooth and compassionate intake process for all clients
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 2–3 years of experience in healthcare marketing or business development; behavioral health or substance use treatment experience strongly preferred
- Deep understanding of Indiana’s healthcare landscape and referral networks
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding growth goals
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and public speaking skills
- A genuine passion for supporting individuals on their journey to recovery
