Empowered Staffing is proud to partner with a hyper growth BPO Organization (business process outsourcing) specializing in providing high-quality outsourced teams across Sales, Customer Service, Accounting Finance, Marketing, IT Support, and Debt Collection. With global offices across South Africa and the UK, this company has expanded to the United States and is seeking a Head of Sales to drive the US sales strategy and establish a strong presence in key markets.
As the Head of Sales, your leadership will be essential in navigating competitive landscapes and positioning the company’s services as the preferred choice for companies looking to outsource their customer service and back-office functions. You will also lead a team of sales professionals and oversee their efforts to acquire new clients, build strong partnerships, and expand the company’s market share.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead the development and execution of the sales strategy, focusing on increasing market share.
Oversee and manage a sales team and provide coaching, mentorship, and performance management to help them exceed their targets.
Build relationships with key decision-makers in potential client companies and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term retention.
Refine and improve the sales process to increase efficiency, shorten sales cycles, and improve close rates.
Implement best practices and tools to drive continuous improvement.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to position the company as a leader in the BPO space.
Qualifications :
5 years of sales experience in the BPO industry, with a track record of success in building, managing, and scaling client relationships.
Strong existing network of contacts within key industries, especially within sectors that heavily utilize BPO services.
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to influence C-suite executives and key decision-makers.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data and insights to drive sales strategies and make informed decisions.
Ability to think long-term and strategically about market expansion, while managing day-to-day sales operations effectively.
