What We Are Looking For
- A bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, or a related field is preferred, as well as 1-5 years of experience in Real Estate Finance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (modeling, waterfall analysis) and real estate software, including Argus Enterprise and RealPage Asset Monitoring.
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects with efficiency and attention to detail, as well as strong customer service orientation and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
