Empowered Staffing is partnered with a luxury real estate brokerage based in the Chicagoland area with a global presence known for its renowned brand in high-end real estate services. Due to continued growth, our client is excited to add a Real Estate Office Coordinator to their team in Hinsdale. This high-visibility role offers the opportunity to work closely with local agents, supporting their marketing initiatives, providing ongoing training on technology and services, and helping to create a best-in-class office experience.
Responsibilities:
· Greet and assist agents and clients, maintaining a welcoming office environment.
· Manage administrative tasks such as answering calls, handling mail, and processing checks.
· Support agents with marketing needs, including creating brochures and managing social media templates.
· Conduct one-on-one training sessions on company tools and digital systems.
· Provide basic IT assistance and coordinate with tech support for complex issues.
· Maintain office supplies, cleanliness, and overall organization.
· Assist with paperwork, including closing documentation and title/mortgage reporting.
· Collaborate with resource coordinators in other offices for mutual support and training.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university.
· 1-2 years of experience in fields like real estate, hospitality, teaching, retail management, or related areas.
· Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
· Positive and patient demeanor suitable for training others.
· Willingness to commute for training across various office locations for initial onboarding.
Salary : $18 - $24
