✅ Answer phones, transfer calls and provide general office support
✅ Direct real estate agents to training resources and company tools
✅ Assist with basic compliance tasks (reviewing documents, ensuring forms are complete)
✅ Help with office organization, filing and light administrative duties
✅ Provide friendly, professional support to agents and clients
✔ Experience in real estate, office administration or customer service
✔ Strong technology skills (Dotloop, Google Workspace, CRMs a plus!)
✔ A detail-oriented mindset and ability to multitask
✔ A helpful, friendly personality and love working in a team-driven environment
