With a strong presence in the UK and South Africa, they are now expanding into the U.S. market and seeking a motivated and dynamic Supply Account Manager to help grow their security supplier network.
Who You AreWe’re looking for a driven and energetic Supply Account Manager to join our growing U.S. team in Dallas, TX. This is an junior-level role that’s perfect for someone eager to build relationships, drive supplier engagement, and help scale an innovative security network. You’ll work closely with our Operations Team to onboard and manage security suppliers, ensuring they have everything they need to succeed.
What You'll Do- Identify and engage new security suppliers, building strong relationships to grow our network.
- Manage key supplier accounts, ensuring smooth operations and long-term success.
- Handle administrative and operational tasks, maintaining the systems and tools that support our supplier network.
- Facilitate onboarding and training for new suppliers, ensuring they’re set up for success.
- Optimize operations by identifying inefficiencies and implementing improvements.
- Collect and act on supplier feedback, addressing issues and technical concerns quickly.
- Strong drive for closing leads and building relationships.
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
- Ability to problem-solve and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Comfortable using technology and data analysis tools.
- A creative mindset—willing to bring new ideas to the table.
- Experience in the security industry is a plus, but not required.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 1-3 years in a relevant role (sales, account management, operations, etc.).
- Location: Based in Dallas, TX (must have work authorization in the U.S.).
