Starting wage is $21.50/hr
As an Accountant, under supervision of CFO, you will assist in processing of payables, reconcile monthly statements, preparing and submitting invoices, and some payroll duties.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30am-4pm
Essential Job responsibilities:
- Treat everyone with dignity and respect
- Process Accounts Payable for multiple funds and maintain records for each.
- Maintain purchase orders and submit invoices for approval.
- Reconcile monthly statements and calculate expense reports for various accounts.

Qualifications include:
- Bachelor’s degree or 1-3 years of applicable work experience in Accounting
- Knowledge of bookkeeping and payroll procedures
- Possess current and valid driver's license and auto insurance, and maintain a good driving record
- Experience in a setting with people with intellectual disabilities is preferred
- Ability to meet employment requirements (i.e. health screening, Driving Record, TB test)
