What We’re Looking For:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CMA certification preferred).
- Experience: 5 years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in a dynamic and growing organization.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in advanced accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP) and Excel.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret and analyze complex financial data and identify key trends.
- Leadership Qualities: A collaborative leader who can mentor others and champion positive change.
- Adaptability: Proven success in fast-paced environments with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
- Experience in post-merger financial integration.
- Familiarity with ERP implementation or optimization.
