What You’ll Do

• Drive Financial Excellence: Prepare and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with GAAP.
• Optimize and Integrate: Play a pivotal role in streamlining financial processes and integrating systems across newly acquired entities.
• Strategic Budgeting: Develop budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses to guide leadership in decision-making and growth planning.
• Lead Audits and Ensure Compliance: Oversee internal and external audits, maintaining adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Mentor and Inspire: Lead and develop junior staff, fostering a high-performing and collaborative accounting team.
• Leverage Technology: Utilize cutting-edge accounting software and tools to enhance efficiency and automate processes.
• Ensure Tax and Reporting Accuracy: Manage tax compliance and reporting for both domestic and international operations.
  
  
  

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CMA certification preferred).
• Experience: 5 years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in a dynamic and growing organization.
• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in advanced accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP) and Excel.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret and analyze complex financial data and identify key trends.
• Leadership Qualities: A collaborative leader who can mentor others and champion positive change.
• Adaptability: Proven success in fast-paced environments with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
