Job Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) to oversee and provide guidance to a team of student analysts, Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT), and Behavior Technicians (BT) working with children with developmental delays, disabilities, and autism spectrum disorders (ASD). The Clinical Supervisor will manage treatment delivery, provide clinical oversight, and support staff, families, and clients. This position requires expertise in ABA therapy, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage a team.
Key Responsibilities
Supervision and Team Management:
- Supervise and mentor a team of student analysts, RBTs, and BTs, offering guidance, feedback, and support.
- Conduct regular check-ins and supervision sessions to ensure fidelity to treatment plans and adherence to clinical standards.
- Provide ongoing support to ensure the team remains motivated, informed, and equipped with the necessary resources for success.
Direct Therapy and Intervention:
- Provide therapeutic services as needed, ensuring that treatment goals are being met for each client.
- Oversee the implementation of ABA protocols, modifying strategies as necessary based on client progress and feedback.
Protocol Development and Modification:
- Review, modify, and create individualized treatment plans to address the needs of each child.
- Collaborate with staff to ensure interventions are updated, effective, and responsive to the child’s development.
Family Training and Support :
- Lead family training sessions, helping families understand behavior strategies, reinforcement techniques, and how to incorporate therapy into daily routines.
- Maintain consistent communication with families to offer ongoing support, answer questions, and adjust plans as needed.
Data Collection and Analysis:
- Monitor and audit data collection to ensure accuracy and consistency in reporting.
- Analyze client progress and data trends, providing actionable feedback to staff for any adjustments to treatment plans.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Write and maintain detailed reports for each client, ensuring accurate documentation of progress and treatment modifications.
- Conduct intakes and assessments, documenting findings and treatment recommendations.
Staff Training and Development:
- Provide training and continuing education for team members to enhance their ABA skills and knowledge.
- Evaluate team performance, offering constructive feedback and support to ensure high standards of practice.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
- Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) or other developmental disabilities.
- Experience in supervising or training clinical staff.
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles, data collection methods, and treatment protocols.
- Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively.
- Proficiency with virtual communication platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams) and data management systems.

Pay: $66,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
