✔ Experience: At least 2 years operating mobile shear, grapple, or magnet equipment
✔ Mechanical Skills: Ability to perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting
✔ Attention to Detail: Understanding of metal types, grades, and proper handling techniques
✔ Safety Focused: Knowledge of OSHA regulations and PPE usage

What You’ll Do:
- Operate mobile shear equipment to process and cut scrap metal efficiently
- Handle ferrous and non-ferrous materials with grapple and magnet attachments
- Perform routine equipment inspections and maintenance to ensure peak performance
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including PPE usage and proper handling techniques
- Collaborate with the team to maximize productivity and maintain high operational standards
✔ Experience: At least 2 years operating mobile shear, grapple, or magnet equipment
