Job Description
This full-time position involves providing intensive in-home services to clients in the greater Richmond area. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Conducting individual and family counseling sessions to address mental health concerns and goals
- Working with family systems to promote healthy relationships and communication
- Completing individualized service plans to ensure client needs are met
- Providing case management services to coordinate care and resources
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of client progress
In addition to your clinical expertise, you will also be responsible for attending regular team meetings, participating in supervision, and maintaining ongoing communication with your Clinical Supervisor.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must be registered as a QMHP-C with the Department of Health Professions and have a strong foundation in mental health counseling principles and practices. A licensed or license-eligible status as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) is preferred but not required.
Salary and Benefits
The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000 - $75,000, depending on experience.
