This is an opportunity to work with state-of-the-art equipment, troubleshoot technical issues, and play a key role in delivering world-class products to our clients.
What You Will Do:
- Operate and manage SMT machinery with precision, including stencil printing and component replacements.
- Review job documentation thoroughly to ensure accuracy before starting equipment operations.
- Troubleshoot and address equipment issues to maintain smooth production workflows.
- Follow standard operating procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Adapt quickly to evolving equipment requirements and customer demands.
- Pass proficiency testing to demonstrate your expertise in SMT operations.
- Other duties as assigned.
What You Will Bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Familiarity with electronic part polarity, values, and component specifications (preferred).
- Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
What You Will Experience:
- Work primarily in a production environment.
- Stand for extended periods during shifts.
- Perform repetitive hand and wrist movements, including grasping, pushing, and overhead reaching.
- Use personal protective equipment (PPE) such as facemasks, gloves, and safety glasses.
- Regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds, with occasional handling of items up to 60 pounds.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
