Training Specialist
Seeking a Software Trainer who is excited to play an integral part of the Operative IQ Team in an established and growing company providing Software as a Service to First Responders. This role will lead training and implementations for small- and large-scale customers, as well as new and existing customers. This is NOT A REMOTE POSITION.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and prioritize training projects
- Deliver trainings through either web meeting or by traveling onsite to the customer
- Responsible for managing multiple client projects at one time
- May be involved with internal projects as needed
- Record all customer interactions within internal project management tool TaskRay
- Follow up and make scheduled call backs to customer when needed
- Manage client expectations
- Periodically update the Account Manager on the health of the account
- Ensure training projects are completed within a specified timeframe

Qualifications:
- 2 years related experience and/or training
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience in Emergency Management a plus
- Microsoft Suite experience preferred
- SaaS, Salesforce, Desk experience a plus
- Self-starter, initiator, strong organizational, presentation, interpersonal and consultative skills
