- Vision and Strategy: Define the product vision and strategy in alignment with company goals and market needs. Communicate this vision to all stakeholders to ensure a shared understanding and direction.
- Backlog Management: Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that the development team is focused on work that maximizes value and aligns with product strategy.
- Feature Definition: Work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to identify and define features that solve real-world transportation management challenges.
- Development Collaboration: Serve as the primary liaison between the development team and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of product requirements and priorities.
- User Experience: UX/UI craft and iterate on user interfaces that deliver exceptional and intuitive user experiences, catering to a diverse customer base. Demonstrated ability to incorporate user feedback, usability testing, and market analysis into design enhancements and feature prioritization.
- Performance Metrics: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the product to assess its success in the market and inform future development priorities.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage regularly with customers, sales, and marketing teams to gather feedback, discuss product enhancements, and support go-to-market strategies.
