Position Summary

Reporting to the Compliance and Privacy Officer, the Human Resources Director is responsible for leading EMSA’s HR strategy while ensuring alignment with regulatory compliance and operational needs. This role oversees an HR team that serves as key partners to EMSA employees, providing essential support in all areas, including but not limited to daily HR operations, employee relations, onboarding, recruitment, leave management, HR-related training and education, compensation and benefits administration, performance management, and the development and implementation of HR policies and processes.

The Human Resources Director ensures the HR team operates effectively, delivering responsive and proactive support to EMSA’s workforce.
