In this role, you'll work closely with the Director of Resource Utilization and Planning to maintain the integrity of our payroll processes and provide exceptional support to our team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain EMSA's payroll and timekeeping systems.
- Conduct payroll audits and ensure compliance with federal and state laws.
- Process payroll corrections, leave accrual adjustments, and garnishments.
- Generate payroll reports and assist with troubleshooting timekeeping issues.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain confidentiality.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in payroll management with over 200 employees.
- Strong communication and data entry skills.
- Proficiency with payroll software (e.g., Kronos, PayCom) and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and maintain professionalism.
