Our Anniston, Alabama facility currently has an opening for a Division Manager. This division specializes in field service as well as the repair process for induction melting furnace coils.

Duties Include:
- Direct responsibility for the P&L of the facility
- Setting objectives and strategies for the division based on Corporate goals
- Sales Manager duties
- Ensure compliance with Corporate Guidelines
- Financial and Commercial Judgements
- Hiring and Staffing of facility positions
- - Establishing and meeting sales budgets
- Liaison between other facilities to maximize overall company efficiencies
- Previous management/sales experience
- Ability to multi-task on various topics
- Ability to lead groups to posted objectives
- Ability to plan, budget, and schedule independently
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical conversations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities
- Proficient in necessary office skills
- Minimum travel
- Business/Engineering Degree w/ 5 years of experience
- Manufacturing background
- Prior P& L Experience
