What are the responsibilities and job description for the Invoicing Assistant position at EMSL?
EMSL is seeking an Invoice Assistant in Cinnaminson, NJ. This is an administrative role creating invoices for various laboratory divisions.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Create invoices for various lab divisions
Review paperwork to ensure invoices correctly reflect clients' requirements
Process invoice adjustments, credit card payments, and refund requests
Communicate directly with clients via email and phone to address invoice discrepancies
Organize and maintain project files
Clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and mailing as necessary
Other duties as assigned by manager
Requirements:
High School degree or equivalent
One to three years’ experience with administrative tasks is preferred
Proficient in MS Office
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clientele
Must have excellent math skills and be able to perform basic operations
Available Shift:
Monday to Friday 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
