The Company hires the Employee to perform the role of Sales Developer in Electrical Staffing, with the goal of expanding the client portfolio and strengthening business opportunities in the sector. - Understand the types of electrical projects (residential, commercial, industrial).
- Know the certifications and requirements of electricians.
- Understand the rules and regulations of the sector.

- Persuasion to close agreements with clients and contractors.

8. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Employee shall have the following responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the electrical sector.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with clients and contractors.
- Prepare and present detailed commercial proposals, ensuring the feasibility and profitability of projects.
- Coordinate strategic meetings with potential and/or existing clients.
- Generate periodic progress reports and sales projections.
- Meet the sales goals and objectives set by the Company.
- Participate in training sessions and commercial events related to the electrical sector.
Terms:
COMPENSATION
- Base Salary: Employees shall be compensated at a rate of $15.00 per hour for hours worked, payable in accordance with the Company’s standard payroll schedule.
- Commission: Employee shall receive 7% to 8% of the gross profits generated from sales secured and maintained by the Employee.
- Company Vehicle: The Company shall provide the Employee with a vehicle for the purpose of visiting job sites and clients. The Company shall cover insurance and maintenance costs, but the Employee is responsible for any misuse, damage due to negligence, or unauthorized use of the vehicle.
