An Electrical Staffing sales developer must have a combination of technical, business, and interpersonal skills. Some of the key qualities include:

1. Knowledge of the Electrical Sector

  • Understand the types of electrical projects (residential, commercial, industrial).
  • Know the certifications and requirements of electricians.
  • Understand the rules and regulations of the sector.

2. Sales and Negotiation Skills

  • Ability to identify business opportunities.
  • Persuasion to close agreements with clients and contractors.
  • Knowledge of pricing strategies and profit margins

3. Networking and Relationship Development

  • Build and maintain relationships with contractors, construction companies and project managers.
  • Actively listen to customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.

4. Management and Organization

  • Efficient management of multiple clients and projects at the same time.
  • Use of CRM and tracking tools to manage leads and clients.
  • Planning prospecting and loyalty strategies.

5. Problem Solving and Adaptability

  • Ability to react to changes in personnel demand.
  • Quick resolution of problems related to meeting deadlines and availability of electricians

6. Effective Communication

  • Clearly explain the company's services and benefits.
  • Write proposals and contracts in a professional manner.
  • Ability to make presentations to potential clients.

7. Results Orientation

  • Set and achieve sales goals.
  • Monitor performance and adjust strategies as necessary.

Terms:

-$15.00/ HR

-Every New account, restrictions applied, will guarantee a raise.

- Two- month trail time.

- Company vehicle.
