Join Our Team at Enable, Inc in Bismarck, ND!
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities? Do you have a desire to empower others to live independent and fulfilling lives? If so, Enable, Inc is looking for dedicated individuals like you to join our team as an Independent Supported Living Professional in Bismarck, ND.
Full-Time : M, T, F 9-5 ,W 12—9 pm, every Thursday off
Every other Saturday and Sunday
Responsibilities include :
- Providing direct care and support to individuals with disabilities in their own homes
- Assisting individuals with daily living activities such as meal preparation, personal hygiene, and household tasks
- Implementing individualized support plans to help clients achieve their goals and maximize their independence
- Advocating for the rights and needs of clients in the community
- Collaborating with a team of professionals to ensure the highest quality of care
- Documenting progress and reporting any concerns to supervisors
