  • Enable Resource Group is seeking a mission-minded Client Relationship Manager to join our growing team!

    Since 2000, Enable Ministry Partners, a division of Enable Resource Group, has managed and supported IT solutions for hundreds of churches across the country. By helping our church clients effectively employ technology in ministry efforts, they are better able to steward their resources toward Kingdom work in local communities and around the world.     As a Client Relationship Manager, your primary role is to build and maintain relationships with current and potential Enable clients. Your mission will involve creating and sustaining client relationships of trust through clear communication, connection with our team, comprehension of client organizational goals, and advocacy of the Enable-client partnership experience. Along with diligent customer service efforts, you will be a sales driver for new Enable clients and establish meaningful connections with those stakeholders. You will engage in Quarterly Partnership Reviews, contract and agreement negotiations, conflict-resolution, communication facilitation, and more, all while representing Enable as a professional and friendly ambassador.

    Key Responsibilities :

    • Serve as the primary business point of contact at Enable for all client issues for assigned clients, providing hospitality, communication and guidance throughout the client lifecycle.
    • Monitor service delivery and maintain regular contact with assigned clients to ensure that they experience excellent service.
    • Take ownership of conflict resolution as necessary, going the extra mile to be sure problems are resolved.
    • Develop prospects through client referrals, cold calls, email communication, networking, and other opportunities.
    • Manage client renewal discussions and the client onboarding experience.
    • Work closely with Strategy Consultants to identify technology and organizational needs and highlight possible solutions.
    • Lead Quarterly Partnership Reviews that inform clients and nurture relationships.
    • Represent the client to Enable and Enable to the client, through proactive, strategic, and thorough communication.
    • Required Skills :

    • Client Relationship Managers should possess proven past work experience in similar roles and demonstrate a suitable level of technical aptitude and general understanding of the Information Technology industry.
    • Familiarity and strong comfort level within church settings
    • Proven ability to build relationships, built on mutual trust, with teammates and clients
    • Ability to quickly establish rapport in trusted relationships
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to conduct presentations
    • Ability to maintain professionalism during challenging situations
    • Presents to clients as a personable, relatable, service-focused, and trustworthy resource
    • Technical skills :
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office products

    • Ability to learn and use other enterprise systems
    • Ability to undergo and pass a background check in accordance with state and federal laws
    • Valid drivers' license and reliable transportation
    • Preferred Skills :

    • Experience in sales and business development
    • Experience in IT account management
    • Experience directly working in a church or nonprofit setting
    • A bachelor's degree within communication, business, sales, or a related area of study
