- Work collaboratively with the Plant Manager and other team members to ensure smooth plant operations
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of plant safety policies and procedures
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certificate or degree preferred
- 1 years of experience in industrial plant maintenance or a related field
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to lift 50 pounds frequently and 100 pounds occasionally
