Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate Regulator-led inspections, audits and incident management of Enbridge operations related to Liquids Pipelines.
- Act as the Enbridge representative with Regulators during inspections, audits, and incidents.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams involved in preparing responses to information requests related to Regulator-led inspections, audits, and incident management.
- Develop and organize responses to action items resulting from Regulator-led inspections, audits, incidents management, inquiries, and other notifications.
- Monitor and continually improve the Enbridge regulatory reporting processes to ensure accurate and timely submissions to regulatory bodies.
- Manage and facilitate the creation and resolution of corrective and preventative actions in response to Regulator findings related to inspections, audits, and incident management.
- Liaise with and support Enbridge functional departments (e.g., Pipeline Integrity, Environment, Safety, Regional Operations) on areas related to regulatory reporting.
- Provide training and guidance as required to key internal stakeholders.
- With Law, prepare letters and submissions to Regulators with minimal supervision.
- Assist with the documentation and maintenance of department processes, procedures, and work tools.
- Coach and mentor junior staff.
