About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Warehouse Operations Coordinator to join our team at Encadria Staffing Solutions LLC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our clients' warehouses. This includes providing support for ongoing safety and housekeeping processes, accurately recording weigh receipts for all truck receipts and shipments, managing onsite shuttle drivers to keep warehouse levels at or under capacity, and working with GP Recycling on Recovered Fiber weight and quality issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Support safety and housekeeping initiatives in the warehouse
- Accurately record weigh receipts for all truck receipts and shipments
- Manage onsite shuttle drivers to optimize warehouse capacity
- Collaborate with GP Recycling on Recovered Fiber weight and quality issues
- Utilize the 'WinScale' computerized truck system to receive inbound and outbound trucks
- Maintain accurate inventory level information for Woodyard and Recovered Fiber
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Intermediate computer skills, including experience with inventory management software
- Ability to work safely in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Willingness to work variable shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to wear personal protective equipment, including hard hat, steel toe shoes, and safety vest
