We’re currently hiring an Inventory Manager to join our team and oversee the day-to-day flow of product between the backroom and sales floor. This position plays a key role in keeping our stores running efficiently, cleanly, and fully stocked for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily push tests to assess floor needs and restocking priorities
- Pull inventory from the backroom and fill product gaps on the floor
- Communicate overstock and understock issues to store leadership in real time
- Manage and reconcile electronic inventory monthly, ensuring accuracy
- Label, sort, and organize inventory to maintain clean and functional backroom systems
- Assist in marking down products for sales and promotions
- Ensure donations are properly sorted and scheduled for pickup regularly
- Lift and move bins up to 75 lbs as needed during inventory handling
- Maintain compliance with store safety and cleanliness standards
