Shift Schedule:
Monday to Friday
9:00AM to 5:00PM
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Essential Duties and Responsibilities of an Office Assistant:

Greet and communicate effectively with clients and customers in person and over the phone

Visit client locations when necessary to support business relationships and assist with onboarding or service-related needs

Provide administrative support to office staff, including document preparation, scheduling, and data entry

Assist with recruiting-related tasks (screening resumes, scheduling interviews, etc.)

Support sales team initiatives when needed

Maintain and organize digital and physical files

Ensure office areas are clean, stocked, and professionally presented
Work Environment:
